it's even worse; the event on the inner 'load' will never get triggered 
cause it's the action element here receiving the events. when you're 
using one the event will never reach the handler (the load in this case) 
directly. you can find an explanation of this in the XForms spec in 
chapter 10.

yes. right. there have been modifications on load since 0.9.5 although 
i'm not sure if they're related to this problem exactly.

but generally its best to use the latest CVS code unless you don't have 
any production code relying on it. it will always contain the most 
bug-fixed version.
