I'm starting this project up and decided to GPL it right from the start.

I am developing an application that will allow a company to track changes in accordance with ITIL guidelines and allow for easier SOX compliance. There are several incident and problem tracking applications with GPL licenses but I could not find a change management application.

I have a very good start on the data model using Postgresql, though porting to other RDBMSs should not be difficult. I'm using DbWrench to model it. This allows me to "forward-engineer" the model right into the development database. ... read more
