#216 Notation Window/Dock/Widget

The notation window includes a list of game moves AND tabs with buttons for adding symbols (move, evaluation and other). See attached screenshot.png.

I understand some may want direct access to adding symbols, however, this is not a priority feature for me and is also accessible via right-clicking the move.

Suggestion:

1. Remove the symbol menu from the notation widget AND create a symbol widget that can optionally be added to the dashboard.
2. Alternatively, remove the vertical symbol menus and add a horizontal symbol menu under the move list as illustrated in attached screenshot2.png.
3. Alternatively, have an option to hide the symbol menus.

Ha! Wouldn't you know... there's a scroll bar that I can use to eliminate this portion of the screen.
