#73 Runtime error when switching engines while analyzing
When one engine is analyzing a position and one switches to another engine in the Analysis window, sometimes a crash occurs. Difficult to reproduce, happens about 10-20% of the time, one has to randomly switch back and forth between two engines and hope it shows up. Error message: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, Runtime Error. Same screenshot as in bug 1741029, the two might be related. (Sean, we already discussed about it with Michal and he suggested me to report it; he also said that he might have a vague idea of the cause).
BTW: it does not depend on the position (may happen in the starting position as well as in non-opening position); it does not depend on the engine (i observed it with different engines); it does not depend on one engine having written or not anything in the analysis window before switching to the other engine.
Does it still happen? If so, it should be merged with 1742468, as the cause seems the same.
