What problem does this solve?

There is no way to draw move arrows on the board without leaving the app. Coaches and streamers who want to illustrate a move direction must annotate a screenshot externally.

Proposed solution

Right-click-drag from a source square to a target square to draw a directional SVG arrow. Right-clicking the same pair again removes it. Arrows are part of the annotation layer (see [#161]) and can be exported with the diagram via an opt-in in the Export panel.

Sub-issue of [#161] — annotation layer. Scope: arrow overlay only; square highlighting is tracked separately in [#188].
