#142 [Bug]: Settings page — motion dropdown scroll, theme swatch shape, dark/light mode freeze

What happened?

Three issues on the Settings page:

1. Accessibility → Motion: tapping the motion preference dropdown on mobile causes the page to scroll — the dropdown does not block body scroll while open
2. Board Style → Theme presets: preset swatches do not appear circular on mobile
3. Dark/Light mode toggle: switching themes freezes the UI for 1–2 seconds near the end of the transition

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings → Accessibility → tap Motion dropdown on mobile
2. Settings → Board Style → observe theme preset shapes on mobile
3. Toggle dark/light mode — observe freeze near the end
