#139 [Bug]: Advanced FEN page mobile layout — toolbar, inputs, playback, export panel

What happened?

Multiple mobile layout issues on the Advanced FEN Input page:

1. FEN notation toolbar buttons appear oversized/full-width on mobile
2. When FEN text overflows an input, horizontal scrolling inside the input freezes (iOS touch-action issue)
3. Playback control button is oversized on mobile
4. Export panel options are too wide — need to be more compact on small screens
5. The two action buttons at the bottom of the export panel should sit side by side

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Advanced FEN page on mobile
2. Observe toolbar, input scroll behavior, playback button, export panel
