[Cheetahtemplate-discuss] Comparison with Smarty Template Engine

It would be interesting to add a comparison between Cheetah and Smarty
Template Engine, a very cool template engine for PHP.  I haven't worked with
either and don't know Python yet, so I'm not qualified to do the comparison
myself, but Smarty looks like the best template engine available, at least
for PHP.
