#48 -nocrypt and Restart option

Using SVN version:

If you start checkgmail with the -nocrypt parameter, using the Restart option will launch checkgmail without that parameter, so it will ask you for again the password and store it crypted.

Solution: checkgmail need to remember wheter it was launched with -nocrypt option, so the Restart option launchs the application again with the correct parameters.
