The icon is not showing up correctly for me in fluxbox. Attached is an image of my system tray.

Looks like the default icon is too large. As a quick fix, you could just use a smaller icon (you can set custom icons in the prefs)

Longer term, I should probably add code to check the allocated tray icon size and shrink it accordingly.

It'll take me a while to get around to doing this, though - so in the mean time I'd go with the above suggestion!

But it worked before I ran "checkgmail -update"! What did you change?
