No

I have started using the new 2-step account verification and Checkgmail does not work with it. Loging-in actually invokes the sending of a passcode to my mobile phone. checkgmail does NOT accept the Application-specific password issued here https://www.google.com/accounts/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens

Now my account has already been hacked by some chinese-based IP address ( http://blog.martinmcdowell.com/my-gmail-account-hacked-by-115-52-213-93-1725.html ) so this extra verification is a MUST tome, even if I have to stop using Checkgmail. Sorry.
I still wasn't able to implement Google Apps login anyway.

Otherwise @mcdragon, I can login with GApps acc. You must write out the whole mail address. E.g: name@example.com

I'm having the same problem, and adding @gmail.com doesn't seem to help.

This is a big need. More corps are going o this method of login for Google accounts. Will it be supported soon?

If you use the 2-step account verification you can disable the cookie function (the broken one) with the parameter "-no_cookies". Works just fine for me.

I wanted this too, so i've added it myself.

It's a checkgmail version with two factor support (config, UI, integration), login refactoring (requests, UI), refactored kwallet integration, + additional refactoring/bugfixing.

Instructions on getting this modified version are available here :
