#2400 CHEBI:15581 and CHEBI:24939 please merge

Hi,

methyl (2E,6E,10R,11S)-10,11-epoxy-3,7,11-trimethyltrideca-2,6-dienoate and juvenile hormone II.

I have learned (See Fig.1 of pmid:23586995) that these two names represent the same compound so please merge the two enntries.
