The relationship between CHEBI:33281 antimicrobial agent and CHEBI:22582 antibiotic seems confusing to me and I am wondering if it is partly a historical artifact of the expansion of CHEBI:22582 antibiotic beyond natural products. It seems to me that with the current definitions, two of the nodes that are siblings of antibiotic should be children:
CHEBI:33282 antibacterial agent
CHEBI:35718 antifungal agent
I can see CHEBI:22587 antiviral agent being either a child or a sibling, depending on how one reads biocidal/biostatic applying or not to viruses.
I am also wondering if some of the other grouping terms should be moved, such as placing fungicide as a child of antifungal agent and vibriostatic agent under antibacterial agent
