#346 Bulk submission tool does not work

Hi,

This is an artifact that corresponds to a mail sent on February 11 (object : ChEBI bulk submission - beta test)

I tested the bulk submission tool with a simple sdf file that contains only one structure (attached to this artifact).

The bulk submission id is 7 (user: anne)

Actions performed

1) I uploaded submission_2.sdf file

2) I specified the headers: ok

3) I clicked on Process bulk submission
Name, definition, structure and synonym seem correctly processed
Notice that I have only one synonym. The use of several synonyms should be tested.
The MetaCyc cross-reference is missing
Only the last is_a relationhip appears in the resulting table

4) I clicked on 'No, reload file' button and reload submission_2.sdf file
The system behaves as my sdf file contained 2 structures.

5) Return to the home page
STATUS : Bulk file parsed
if I edit the submission : I got the following message
You have uploaded file /ebi/www/prod/servers/tc-chebi-subms/tomcat-8/files/submission_2.sdf which contained 0 records.
