#332 Problem searching names (curator tool)
Doing a text search for citrate using the curator tool finds 55 answers, but doesn't find citrate salt, CHEBI:50744. Don't know how widespread the problem is, as unless you know something is definitely there, you don't know when it hasn't found it. As far as I can see, the record has not been merged recently (in contrast to bug report #3105915).
A further example: searching for 'antineoplastic agent' finds 195 answers (3/12/10), but antineoplastic agent (ChEBI:35610) is not among them. Given that ontology terms cannot be searched by structure (as most don't have structures) and that you have to enter the Chebi number in order to link to an ontology term, it is important to get this working again!
Yet another case of missing compounds
Doing a text search for dolichol using the curator tool finds only 6 answers.
CHEBI:15750 : dolichyl diphosphate has been found whereas CHEBI:57497 dolichyl diphosphate (3-) has not been found.
dolichyl phosphate (CHEBI:16214) has been found whereas its conjugate acid of dolichyl phosphate(2−) (CHEBI:57683) has not been found
