Chatr - AJAX Chat in PHP / News: Recent posts

Made some fixes this weekend that are worth a new release. 0.7 is lower maintenance, reduces floods, and doesn't allow duplicate nicks in any case.

I've finally taken the files in the active http://www.sterryit.com/chat location and released then as 0.6. Also it's simpler to make new releases since version numbers aren't in each file.
