I try again. One thing that could be a big help is autoconf macros to detect if Chasm is really needed. That way, users who install Chasm could get a warning that Chasm-like support is already "built in" to the compiler. Imagine how motivated us Babelers become when all our customers say "why are you using Chasm, when Chasm itself says its redundant?" Hint, hint. ;) Gary |
