[Chartsy-devel] Question from new subscriber

Is there a forum where you discuss development changes or is this it?  I've
used forums in the past but never mailing lists.  I remember hearing about
mailing lists 20 years ago but I've actually never been on one or used one.
Before I submit any questions or write any code I want to make sure I'm in
the right place.
