Hi Josh,

We are still developing Chartsy in NetBeans 6.9.1.
The next version of Chartsy 1.5.0 will be developed on NetBeans 7.0, but 
there will be major changes.
For now you should continue to develop the TALib on NetBeans 6.9.1.
