The Table class now supports in/output of HTML tables
it might be of some use later on because it allows easy conversion of HTML and CSV formatted tables of arbitrary sizes!

Spellbook lookup is now working!
next on the TODO list:
- include additional files for the spellbook lookup
- improve the performance of the lookup
- apply rules to the spellbook
- adding the casting chance value
- automatically doubling AP costs
- include lookup for pet spells

especially stringcompress, stringhash, text_abbreviate_ger, word_abbreviate_ger and the various stringsplit versions
