Note: The LaTeX Error "\pdfendlink ended up in different nesting level than \pdfstartlink" is triggered by a hyperlink that spreads across a page break. Therefore, do not include direct references to other functions into the detailed description of others. The produced hyperlinks might be long enough to spread across line- and in the worst case even across pagebreaks, which in turn causes this error.	2011-09-09 11:35:47	Tree
