Collections included

Added captions to the human image.
These are read in at runtime from a config file
and can be edited by the user if desired.

Collections könnten gehen.

Shortened the tiger image to reduce the amount of horizontal scaling.

Added missing files.

Added various things, such as

-- weapon box on the second sheet
-- weapon ability class
-- ability box on the second sheet
-- diceroll class & functionaliy

and did some splitting/sorting/documentation stuff
fixed a few minor bugs
and added functionality to the EquiBox to save and access the spacing information for some line-drawing

I also tried to draw the numbers on top of the human image on the adventure sheet, but this is a mess
which is why it's still commented out and will probably stay for quite a while
until some mathematician feels like coping with the transformation matrix... :-)
