Commit [r103] Maximize Restore History

lots of minor issues

removed some little bugs
- calculation of string width for umlauts was wrong
- pets didn't get armored
- raufen was not added correctly
- magical boni of weapons were displayed even if zero
- spacing of horse box was wrong
- ...

added some new features
- magical items get displayed in italics - how cool is this?
- some other things that will probably never be noticed by anyone
