#8 Implement Competition registration screen

Competition registration screen must be implemented as in currently used Excel solution, see attached screenshot excel_registration_screen.JPG.
It must include a table with following columns: registration #, qualification start #, previous competition place (entered manually now), participant, class, team, car, qualification result (time, penalty and sum).

To be done in separate tickets:
1) depending on competition configuration hide qualification related columns or previous competition place column (depends on https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2947295&group_id=265855&atid=1131804\)
2) automate filling of column "previous competition place"

Action buttons from Excel must be supported:
1st button: Sort alphabetically - by sortable participant column
2nd button: Choose qualification start # - by sortable registration # column
3rd button: Order for qualification - by sortable qualification start #
4th button: Choose competition start # - by sortable previous competition place and qualification result columns.
4th button: Fill in protocol - must be implemented as a button or menu action
