Chamonix has most of these commands. In CVS there is a show/hide drawer command: Command+Shift+D. It's also present in the 'Window' menu. Customize toolbar is available by right/control clicking on the toolbar like all other OS X apps. Back and forward don't have menu items, but Command left and right arrow work as expected. Text larger and smaller are in the view menu, and have the shortcuts Command+ and Command-. I'm not going to add a show/hide toolbar option.
