Please submit 2.2 to maven central. I'm a maintainer of OS library 'Mockito' that depends on cglib 2.2. Having cglib 2.2 in central allows me to release new version of Mockito.
cglib 2.2 artifact appears to be in the Maven repository, but cglib-nodep 2.2 is still missing (the directory http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/cglib/cglib-nodep/2.2/ is empty). Also it would need to be added, because many libraries use cglib-nodep instead of cglib.
