[cgiirc-general] You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/cgi/irc.cgi on this server

Hi all,

here is the situation:

dir: /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi

permission for all: chmod -R 755 cgi-bin

But i got this error :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/cgi/irc.cgi on this server.

default_server = ced.se.eu.dal.net
default_port = 6667
