#10 Permalink
This is a link with a named anchor used to bring a
specific blog to the top of a page when there are
multiple
blogs for that date. Many other blog solutions use this,
such as Moveable Type. The permalink (permanent
link) is provided for other people to link to from their
blog or their website. In CFML, the permalink is
generated in blog_view.cfm with this: <a
href="#cgi.script_name#?
data=#data####id#">permalink</a>

This would be usefull when there is an extra level for
showind blog details. But such a CFXML BLog I think this is
not so important.
