Example: Is the expression level of EGFR associated with survival in TCGA-LUAD?

Choose Survival. Select TCGA-LUAD-RSEM expression set. Select TCGA-LUAD metadata source. Enter EGFR into hugo box. Press SUBMIT. ( If you do not enter a gene symbol, ALL genes will be tested and a ranked list of genes will be returned. This query will be slow. )

For stratified KM, the first and last quartiles of expression are used.
