Cellontro 0.2 released

Cellontro models and simulates cells, other biological entities,
and biochemical networks. Specify your models using XML and Java,
or by importing an SBML file.

New features in the 0.2 release include:

* Cellontro can import and export models specified in System Biology Markup Language
(SBML) format (SBML Level 2, Version 1).
