I've made several changes to semantic so that if a file needs parsing when it is loaded into a buffer, the parsing happens after the file is visible. The post visible parsing is handled through the idle scheduler. The benefit is that a script that edits lots of files but doesn't use semantic tag lists can run without slowing down. To finish it off, I've got the following senator patch. Any objections?
