Fascinating. Is that error "Already Loaded" appearing inside semantic-al.el? This file is auto-generated, and the error doesn't appear in the one built by Emacs. You may be the first one to try our new make harness with XEmacs. We use `load' in Emacs because we can't require the file. XEmacs seems to have solved that problem. Does changing semantic-load.el to use require fix XEmacs?
