To be integrated into Emacs, many changes had to be made.  We'd like to 
adopt these changes into CEDET, but the process is very detailed, and no 
one seems to have time or right combination of skills to finish the job 
easily.

Both branches need to be merged into one truth, and once the bzr scripts 
are setup, the two branches will cross merge frequently to avoid problems.
