Hi,

  One option is to use the context menu on an include in the buffer you
are interested in.  In there, you can select "List all includes (load
unparsed)".  This will force them all to load, and tell you what they
are.  You could also choose to summarize the includes, which will give
you even more detail.

  Alternately, just let Emacs sit idle for a few seconds, and it will do
all that in the background for you.

  In general, it should not be necessary to parse everything.  The smart
completion system will parse what is needed when you ask it to do work,
or if you let Emacs sit idle, it will parse all your local files.
