There's still the following error message: ede-load-project-file: No project for /storage2/t13/ede-testcase/src/Makefile.am, but passes project-p test you can see the full debug output in the attached file debug.out. I was able to setup a stripped-down example in ede-testcase.tar.gz. When opening main.c in the src directory and trying to do a completion for any character the mentioned message occurs. If you comment out the test.h include it will work again but it will also work if you change SUBDIRS = include into SUBDIRS = include src in the top-level Makefile.am. Maybe that helps in finding the problem. I forgot to mention it in the last mail but the emacs version I use is 22.2.1.
