Hi,

  There was a typo in your sample, but the problem was pretty easy to
fix.  I checked in an updated semantic/bovine/c.by to fix the parsing
issue.

  I would expect that static or const_casts, and their ilk will have
similar issues.  I'll look into how to simplify the parsing.
