Yes, I post to cedet-devel when I check in big changes.

ECB was written by others and happens to depend on CEDET for some of
it's functionality.

I'm in the middle of testing for producing another pre-release, so you
may just need to wait a few days.   I don't have the infrastructure to
create nightly builds for CEDET.
