#2 excess connection "dots"

It would be helpful to have an option whether the
connection "dots" (solder symbol? I don't know the
proper term for these) where a line connects to a gate
or other component.

Obviously these dots are appropriate to show where
lines branch, but they are not normally shown where a
line meets a component.

This is especially distracting when you print out the
diagram (say, for a fussy instructor that doesn't want
to see extra dots.)
