#6 More Info on failed screen redraw
Hello Guys,
I have gained some more experience with the failed
screen redraw bug. I have found a bit of a work
around which I think will also be a clue to the bug
fix itself. Two observations about this bug.
1. If I stretch the window when the error occurs I
can usually get it to redraw if the spacing of the
window is just right. At certain spots the screen
will redraw correctly - but usually the mini-map is
then wrong.
2. There seems to be some inverse function between
the screen and the minimap when this error occurs.
One works the other doesnt.
See the attached document for an example that I
thought most unique. I captured this screen image
after a redraw failure and resize fix. Note that the
canvas is correctly displaying page 1 but the minimap
is displaying what is actually on page 2. I think
the the way you handle the multipage situation has
some bug in it.
Thanks for looking into this. This is the biggest
and most troubling error, I would really appreciate a
bug fix on this one.
