I think the best uniform & easiest  method of hooking in another filesystem 
image writing, is to add options within the F2 Misc Menu, adding 'Default 
Filesystem Image Type, ISO or UDF?'  With this hook-in method, the 'Create 
Image' menu option can easily divert into writing the (default) image (type) 
with minimal editing of the existing menu code?

Guess I'll go research what udftools library functions there are for writing 
UDF and follow-up.
