#47 Access violation/general mayhem

The wheels fall off the helper function
PKCS_FetchAttribData() in the module
addins\intel\cssmcsp\pkcs_2_0\dl_func.c as soon as
more than one attribute is fetched at a time. Much of
the function needs tweaking after the line:

/* Iterate through the attribute list and make sure
they are valid types */
pAttribute = pAttributes->AttributeData;

Please refer to the attached file (I think someone was
having a bad day :-)
