Have you tried the current version 1.3.2?

Which version do you use (installer or portable version)?

      What is your operating system?

      > Whenever I try to make a disc, and type of disc at all,
      > it gets stuck. Right now I'm trying to make an data disc
      > and it never passses the below in the log:

So, what exactly happens? Nothing? Do you get any error messages? Or does the program (cdrtfe or one of the tools) crash?

Do you get this error with every project cdrtfe offers? At least the device scan seems to work. How about writing an Audio CD or a disc image or blanking CD-RWs?

If possible, start cdrtfe in debug mode (from the commandline: cdrtfe /debug) and post the complete log (or send it via eMail).

Your second post sounds as if a previous version of cdrtfe was working correctly. If so, which is the last working version? Or, if a working version suddenly started making problems, what has changed regarding your system?

      Regards,
      Oliver Valencia
