NERO8 can record a >4GB file in UDF without using the ISO Level 4. How to do it in "cdrtools Frontend"?
At the moment >4GB file can be recorded only in the [UDF] + [ISO Level 4].

cdrtfe uses the commandline tool mkisofs to create the file system. AFAIK there is no possibility to create a UDF file system without ISO file system (using mkisofs). So, currently, when recording files bigger than 4GiB, you have to use ISO Level 4 together with UDF.
You may of course send a feature request to the author of the cdrtools (to which mkisofs belongs). If mkisofs will allow UDF without ISO Level 4 for big files, then I will add the support for this to cdrtfe, too.
