Broken SVCD mode activated.
How did I do that?
Packet length behond buffer
A try-out MPEG of three minutes ?
What a lot of shit.
"hope that's ok for you".
I think not.
Have to find something that really works.

Perhaps you have activated the option 'Compatibility mode' (--broken-svcd-mode, compatibility mode for broken devices)? Or VCDImager has problems with the video? I don't know.
cdrtfe is a frontend for some commandline tools (like the VCDImager). I have added the VCDImager support according to the readme file of the tool.
I am not the developer of the VCDImager, so maybe you can get help from the VCDImager project (http://www.gnu.org/software/vcdimager/).

This is strange, for me the creation of (S)VCDs works without problems.
Perhaps, vcdimager does not like your video file. You could try to get a more recent version of the program (vcdimager 0.7.x).
Are the error messages from the same attempt to create the disc? Just asking because the file name in the vcdimager command is /cygdrive/D/DOCUME~1/Omid/LOCALS~1/Temp/image.cue while the file name for cdrecord is /cygdrive/D/Documents and Settings/Omid/Desktop/q.cue.
