I'm not very familiar with burning CD-RWs with cdrtfe.
Can I burn a bootable ISO-file to a CD-RW and delete the
CD-RW afterwards to burn an another CD-Iso file to the CD-RW
with cdrtfe?
Or do I have to burn a bootable compilation in order to
reuse/rewrite the CD-RW with cdrtfe?
Thanks.

It does not matter what kind of data you write onto a rewriteable disc. If you want to reuse the disc, just blank it (cdrtfe project 'CD-RW'). This applies to DVD-RW and DVD+RW, too.
