I just did the Win 10 upgrade. Now cdrtfe can't see the external DVD drive on the USB port. It only sees the internal DVD drive. Other apps can see the external drive.

could you please post the debug log when starting cdrtfe?

To get the log start cdrtfe (at least version 1.5.4) while the Shift key is pressed. An additional windows shows the debug log from the starting process.

I have same problem. Cdrtfe can't see the external DVD drive on the USB port.
DVD drive name: BDDVDW SE-506CB

Hello,

please install cdrtfe 1.5.6 with the option 'patched cdrtools' or unpack the portable version with the option 'Use patched cdrtools'.

The patched cdrtools are only included in the exe-installer and in the portable version. If you are using one of the other packages you can download the patched cdrtools binaries seperately from http://cdrtfe.sourceforge.net/tools/index_en.html
