You should look at some .toc example files. Basically the .toc file
defines the CD. When you dump a CD using cdrdao, it creates a big .bin
file, that is a copy of the CD. So if you have this .bin raw data, build
a valid toc and cdrdao will be happy.
I don't think it will change, perhaps it will expand, but Andreas can
tell you better about it all, when he gets a little free time :)
