#49 Auto add .toc extension when "Save as" is used in gcdmaster

When we create an Audio CD with gcdmaster, If we select "save as" to save the project, we have to add manually the ".toc" extension. If we don't, the file is saved with no extension, and gcdmaster doesn't know how to re-open it.

Could be nice that .toc extension were added automatically when "Save as" is used
