I have tried cdrdao versions 1.1.5 (deb from debian woody) and compiled 1.1.7 from source. My cd-rw drive is a Lite-On 48x12x48 model #LTR-48125W. I checked the cdrdao homepage and the listed driver for my Lite-On is the generic-mmc-raw.

I have used cdrdao successfully for about 2 years before with my old Iomega ZipCD writer which also used the generic-mmc-driver. I usually pop in the audio cd, type the same command line as usual, and the audio and extra data tracks are all copied to my harddrive. Now with my new Lite-On, all I get are the audio tracks. I have tried tweaking my old command line and changing the driver to no success. If anyone can I help I would really appreciate it. Here is the command line that I have successfully used in the past:

cdrdao read-cd --read-raw --device 0,1,0 --driver generic-mmc-raw --paranoia-mode 3 --datafile /stuff/whatever.bin /stuff/whatever.toc
