I need help on making the correct toc file for a CDG disc. I have the audio and the sub-code (RW data 96 block) but I don't know how the toc file should read. Could anyone please help?

CD+G is not supported, yet. But I'm planning to
add it for the 1.1.6 release. 1.1.5 will come
soon because it fixes an serious CD-TEXT bug.
